Soppeng Regency BPS has successfully held the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) Officer Training. This training lasted for four days, starting from Monday, 27 May to Thursday, 30 May 2024. The main objective of this training is to prepare officers who will carry out field data collection SEP 2024 well and in accordance with established standards.
This training was carried out using the Blended Learning method, which combines online learning for the first two days (27-28 May) and offline learning for the last two days (29-30 May). A total of 14 participants consisting of 10 PPL, 3 PML, and 1 sit-in participant took part in this training. The training material was delivered by Khaeriani Kurnia Arda, A.Md.Stat, who is a competent facilitator/teacher in her field.
The material presented in the training includes questionnaires, guidebooks and other instruments that will be used in the 2024 SEP field implementation. Apart from that, this training also aims to increase the motivation and enthusiasm of officers in carrying out data collection, as well as ensuring officers are able to carry out their duties according to schedule. concept definitions, and Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) that have been established.
According to the evaluation results, the training went smoothly and according to schedule. All material was successfully delivered well by regional instructors in online and offline sessions. Participants showed high enthusiasm and were active in the discussion session. All field problems that arose were successfully explained in full, including a role playing session which really helped participants' understanding.
Training participants gave positive responses to the entire training process. They felt that the training had gone well and provided sufficient provisions to carry out the 2024 SEP field data collection tasks. With the success of this training, it is hoped that the implementation of the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey in Soppeng Regency can take place effectively and produce accurate and up-to-date agricultural economic data. This data will be an important reference for the government and stakeholders in planning and formulating development policies for the agricultural sector in Indonesia.
